Terms and Conditions for SSC PrepAI

Welcome to SSC PrepAI. If you continue to browse and use this application, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern SSC PrepAI's relationship with you in relation to this application.

1. User Accounts

To access certain features of the app, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Description of Service

SSC PrepAI provides users with access to AI-powered quiz generation, doubt-solving services, practice sets, and other study materials for SSC exam preparation.

• Free Plan: Users on the Free plan have limited access to features, such as a daily cap on AI Quizzes and AI Doubt Hunter usage, and access to a limited number of practice sets.
• Pro Plan: Users can upgrade to a Pro Plan by paying a subscription fee. The Pro Plan unlocks unlimited access to all features for the duration of the subscription period.

3. Payments and Refunds

All subscriptions for the Pro Plan are handled through our payment partner, Razorpay. By purchasing a Pro Plan, you agree to their terms of service. All purchases are final and non-refundable. We encourage users to fully utilize the Free Plan before upgrading.

4. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on SSC PrepAI's application for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on SSC PrepAI's application are provided on an 'as is' basis. SSC PrepAI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. The AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, and should be used as a study aid, not as a definitive source of information.

6. Limitations

In no event shall SSC PrepAI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SSC PrepAI's application.

7. Modifications to Terms

SSC PrepAI may revise these terms of service for its application at any time without notice. By using this application you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
